Refining & Processing
Fuelzon operates a mid-sized distillation facility with a current capacity of 4,000 to 6,000 MT/month, which is undergoing expansion to reach 12,000 MT/month. This plant processes gasoil and kerosene feedstock into refined fuel products for export to key regional markets.
Complementing our distillation operations is an in-house blending unit, capable of producing 1,500 MT/month of Furnace Oil from black material. This allows us to optimise feedstock use while meeting a variety of downstream client specifications.
DEvelopment
Micro-Refinery Development
As part of our long-term growth strategy, Fuelzon is developing a dedicated micro-refinery in the UAE, slated for launch in late 2026. This new asset will initially add 5,000 MT/month of refining capacity, bolstering our in-region production capabilities and supporting market responsiveness in a dynamic energy environment.
Storage Capabilities
- 10,000 MT leased tankage at Hamriyah Freezone
- Additional 20,000 MT available through partner infrastructure
- Connectivity to major shipping terminals in Dubai, Sharjah, and beyond
